Lifestyle Consultant/Representative Terms and Conditions
The Independent Lifestyle Consultant/Representative agrees:
This Agreement is an honorable, Legal and serious expression of the intent between the new Consultant/Representative, the Sponsor and Elate Lifestyles. When the Agreement is signed, all parties are required to display good faith, fair dealing and ethical conduct in the pursuit of their business goals. Lifestyle Consultants/Representatives agree to abide by the Elate Lifestyles Policies and Procedures and the Elate Lifestyles Code of Conduct as they are declared and as they may be amended from time to time.
Lifestyle Consultant/Representative further Agrees:
I am legal age in the state of my residency. I agree that as An Independent Consultant/Representative I am responsible for determining my own business activities without direction or control by Elate Lifestyles. I will not represent in any manner that I am an agent or employee of Elate Lifestyles. I am responsible for the payment of all federal and state self-employment taxes and any other tax required under any federal, state or regulatory agency.
That all reports pertaining to the conduct of my business be prepared and filed by me, if required.
This registration requires a package purchase, Starter Kit or Business Launch Kit, from which I will be established as a business owner being given online and offline presence; receive training and the necessary tools and resources to promote and operate my business. The purchase of products monthly has not been required of me for participation as a consultant. It is also not mandatory for my membership that I do one on one sales or recruiting, but to build my business by offering services to clients using Elate Lifestyles resources and to optionally serve multiple clients by introducing the business to others consultants/representatives.
I agree that as a Lifestyle Consultant/Representative, I shall place the primary emphasis upon the services provided by Elate Lifestyles. Not to portray in anyway that Elate Lifestyles is an employment agency, but that it is a direct sales company that offers Lifestyle Enhancing care service via independent Elate Lifestyles Lifestyle Consultants/Representatives using Elate Lifestyles resources.
In order to maintain a viable company and to comply with changes in federal, state or local laws in economic conditions, Elate Lifestyles reserves the right to amend, revise, institute, alter or modify changes including but not limited to prices, literature, policies, these Terms and Conditions, Policies and Procedures and the Compensation Plan.
Any such revisions become effective and binding upon publication on the official Elate Lifestyles website or other official Elate Lifestyles publication. Consultant/Representative agrees to be bound by these changes.
I will not promote my Lifestyle Consultant/Representative business nor use the company name, or the trade names, logos, sales material, trademarks or service marks of Elate Lifestyles, except in materials provided by the company or approved in writing by Elate Lifestyles before their use by me. I understand that unauthorized use or duplication of trademarks or copyrighted materials is a violation of federal law.
That Lifestyle Consultant/Representative Achievement and titles are not corporate titles or positions.
I am responsible for supervising and supporting Consultants/Representatives I sponsor into the program and in my commissionable Downline. I agree to maintain monthly communication and support to those Consultants/Representatives in my commissionable Downline by way of the following, or combination thereof, personal contact, telephone communication, written communication and attendance at Lifestyle meetings.
That Lifestyle Consultants/representatives conduct their membership for their own accounts and that all costs of conducting an Elate Lifestyles Business is the sole responsibility of each individual Consultant/Representative.
Lifestyle Consultants/Representatives cannot obligate the company for any costs or expenses nor can a Lifestyle Consultant/Representative incur liability on behalf of the company in any way.
That this agreement is the sole and only agreement between Elate Lifestyles and the Lifestyle Consultant/Representative, and is not subject to change, except in writing signed by an authorized Elate Lifestyles official.
